A warm welcome to my website! I am a Holistic Therapist specialising in Acupuncture and Clinical Reflexology. I also offer Facial Reflexology, Reiki, Cupping and remedial massage.
Based in Wistaston South Cheshire it is convenient for Crewe Nantwich and surrounding areas.
I have created a tranquil treatment room in my garden separate from my house with a side entrance.
With 30 years experience working in health and wellness I have supported many clients with a wide range of concerns. My aim is to help, support and assist overall health and vitality. I do this by focusing on the root cause of the problem not just the symptoms.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists, continued professional development is a prerequisite, and on a personal level I feel it is important to engage in lifelong learning to expand upon my knowledge and skills, while keeping up to date with the latest developments in holistic healthcare.

I have practiced yoga and meditation/mindfulness for many years, and passionately believe that we need to nurture ourselves, taking care of mind, body and spirit, in order to maintain balance and harmony within our lives. In addition to offering individual treatments, I teach Reiki with attunement at levels I & 2 and plan to hold various holistic workshops in the near future.

My Clients come to see me for a variety of reasons; many for support with ongoing conditions and some because they want to take time out to relax and recharge. Here is a list of some conditions I have experience supporting.

Emotional: Stress, Insomnia, depression, fatigue, headaches and migraines, post traumatic stress, burn-out, grief, anxiety and phobias.

Physical: Neck pain, back pain, sciatica, knee pain, fibromyalgia, MS, sports injuries, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, arthritis and muscular pain.

Hormonal: Pre and post natal support, pregnancy, menstrual imbalances, PMT, peri-menopause, menopause, endometriosis, fertility, assisted conception and hormone imbalances

Bespoke treatment packages can be put together, for example a popular combination is a Back Neck and Shoulder massage followed by an hours Reflexology session.
